Ingredients

 
1 1/2 lbs. mahi mahi steaks (halibut or sole)
 
1/4 lb. butter (or margarine)
 
1 tsp. salad oil
 
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
 
1 tsp. soy sauce
 
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

Melt butter (or margarine) and pour over fish along with other ingredients.
Marinate 30 mins.
Grill over charcoal until fish is "flake" done.
