Grilled Lamb Risotto Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds lamb, cubed
Salt
Pepper
Grill Sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
8 black peppercorns
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
Directions
1. Rub the lamb with seasoning. Mix all the ingredients for the grill sauce and place lamb in it for 2 hours. Place lamb on skewers over a barbecue grill, basting frequently with the grill sauce. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
