MARINADE:
1/2 pkg Pasta Bouquet, leaves chopped (approx. 1 tbs [15 ml] each Basil, Rosemary & Oregano)
1 tbs (15 ml) fresh garlic, chopped
1 cup (180 ml) nonfat plain yogurt
1 tbs (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce pinch fresh ground black pepper
4 lean loin lamb chops, trimmed of fat
2 cups (480 ml) cooked spinach, fresh or frozen
Directions
Mix Marinade ingredients together in a glass or ceramic bowl.
Add the lamb chops and coat them well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare barbecue.
When coals are medium-hot, remove lamb chops from marinade, keeping them well coated.
Grill over medium coals for 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
