Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe

| 4 (5-ounce) lean lamb loin chops (1 inch thick) | ||
| 1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted | ||
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
Directions
Trim fat from chops.
Place chops in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag.
Combine apple juice concentrate and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
Pour over chops; seal bag, and shake until chops are well coated.
Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Remove lamb from marinade.
Place marinade in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals.
Place chops on rack, and cook 7 to 9 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting chops frequently with marinade.
