Grilled Lake Trout Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds Lake Trout fillets | ||
| French dressing | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Thaw the fish fillet if frozen.
3. Cut the fillet into serving size.
4. In a bowl blend the remaining ingredients to form a sauce.
MAKING
5. On a well-greased, hinged, wire grill, place the fillets.
6. Place the fillet at about 4 inches from the burning coal.
7. Grill for about 8 minutes.
8. Apply sauce on the fillet with a brush.
9. Turn over the fish and cook for another 7-10 minutes until the fish flakes.

10. Serve hot.
