Grilled Jumbo Shrimps Venetian Style Recipe
Ingredients
| Raw jumbo shrimps - 2 pounds | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Juice of lime - 1 | ||
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic Butter | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Using scissors or a sharp knife, split each shrimp shell on underside down to tail. Avoid cuting the meat.
2 In a bowl put the shrimps along with the next 4 ingredients.
3 Coat well and cover.
4 Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
MAKING
5 Arrange the shrimps on skewers and grill 6 inches from heat over low charcoal fire, turning frequently.
6 Grilling would take about 15 minutes.
7 If you choose to grill in the broiler, remove the shells first.
SERVING
8 Serve with garlic butter.
