 Low fat Italian pork sausage - 2 lbs OR any other low fat sausage
 Green peppers2 To taste
 Onion1
 Black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Nonfat cooking spray

Directions

MAKING
1.Cut the sausages into portions of 4.
2.Spray grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
3.Place the sausages , onions, peppers in the grill and season with pepper and salt.
4. Grill for 5 to 6 minutes.

SERVING
5.Serve hot.
