Grilled Garlic Shrimp With Stock Recipe

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons Chicken Stock or Vegetable Stock
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons tamari or soy sauce
6 cloves garlic, sliced
2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon or 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or dash of dried thyme
16 jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
Directions
Combine the oil, stock, lemon juice, tamari, garlic, tarragon, and thyme in an 8 X 8-inch baking dish.
Place the shrimp in the marinade, cover, and chill overnight.
Drain well, then grill or broil 5 inches from the heat just until the shrimp are opaque throughout, about 5 to 7 minutes.
