Grilled Flank Steak On Lettuce Recipe

Preheat stovetop grill over medium-high heat.
Brush grill surface lightly with peanut oil.
Sprinkle steak with garlic and cumin.
Grill about 6 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times as needed.
Meat will be browned on outside and medium-well on inside.
Toss meat with remaining ingredients.
Place 1 lettuce leaf on each plate.
Divide salad and spoon onto lettuce leaves.
