 Whole sea bass 2.4 kg (or 1.2 kg sea bass fillet
 Tomato 1 - thinly sliced
 Lime 1 - thinly sliced
 Onion 1 - thinly sliced
 Whole banana leaf 1
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Clean the fish.
Marinate with salt and pepper, sliced onion and lime.
Soften the banana leaf over low heat.
Arrange the fish on the leaf, make a papillote and grill.
