Grilled Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| Pomfret or any | ||
| Other small fish | ||
| Like herrings 500 gm. | ||
| Butter | 15 Gram (For 4) | |
| Lime | 1 (For 4) | |
| Pepper a pinch | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Wash and clean the fish keeping it whole. Wash again.
2. Make gashes on the fish. Season and smear with lime juice. Keep aside for some time.
3. Heat the grill. Grill on both sides basting with melted butter.
4. When browned on both sides reduce heat and let the fish cook for 5 to 15 minutes.
