 Cottage cheese400 Gram, made
 Tomatoes2 Medium
 Green bell pepper1 Large
 Onion1 Medium
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Green chillies3 , minced (Marinade:)
 A small bunch mint leaves, ground
 A small bunch coriander leaves, ground
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm), minced (Marinade:)
 Lime juice1 Teaspoon (Marinade:)
 1 cup curd made from fat-free milk, whisked
 Chaat masala1/4 Teaspoon (Garnish)
 Garam masala powder1/4 Teaspoon (Garnish)

Directions

Cut paneer into 1" cubes.
Cut tomatoes into quarters.
Cut bell pepper into quarters and discard seeds and pith.
Cut onion into quarters and separate the layers.
Combine ingredients for marinade, pour over paneer and marinate for 1 hour.
Arrangepaneer, tomatoes, bell pepper and onion in a flat ovenproof dish.
Place dish on the top rack of a microwave oven and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Brush with oil and turn over.
Microwave on high, turning paneer around periodically till golden brown on all sides.
Garnish with spice powders and serve hot.
