Grilled Chuck Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Chuck steak - 1 4-pound, cut 1 1/2 inches thick | ||
| Meat | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Charcoal Seasoning | ||
| Coarse Grind Black Pepper | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides of steak. Pierce surface with tines of a fork.
2) Keep aside for 1 hour.
3) Place on grill and sear on both sides.
4) Sprinkle charcoal seasoning and pepper on each side.
5) Raise grill to about 6 inches from coals. Cook for 35 minutes, turning once.
SERVING
6) Cut into thin slices and serve.
