Grilled Chicken With White Barbeque Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise | ||
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 T. white wine Worcestershire sauce | ||
| Boneless chicken breast | 4 , skinned | |
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Pour 1 cup sauce mixture over chicken, turning to coat.
Cover and chill remaining sauce.
Cover and chill chicken 6-8 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken, reserving marinade.
Grill chicken over medium-hot coals 10 minutes or until done, turning once and basting with reserved marinade.
Serve chicken with chilled white barbeque sauce.
