Grilled Chicken With Pear & Walnut Salad Recipe
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled or broiled 3 cups torn green leaf and/or romaine lettuce
2 medium red pears or apples, cored and cut into thin wedges
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup Chunky Blue Cheese or Just 2 Good! Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
Directions
Season chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper; set aside.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken.
On platter, arrange salad.
Top with chicken.
