Grilled Chicken Recipe Video
Ingredients
Whole Chicken – 1 (5 pound)
Grill house Smokehouse Maple Seasoning – 1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise – ½ cup (oil can be substituted for mayonnaise)
Maple Syrup – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Directions
MAKING
1) Using a pair of good scissors, remove the backbone by cutting across the length of the chicken
2) Into a bowl, add the mayonnaise and then into it add the maple seasoning
3) Using a whisk, combine the ingredients well
4) Using your hands, rub the mayonnaise all over the chicken especially under the skin
5) Place the chicken on the hot grill and cook for an hour
6) Once the chicken is placed on the grill, liberally sprinkle in some more maple house seasoning all over the chicken for the extra flavoring
7) Place the lid over the chicken and grill till a crispy brown
8) Take the chicken off the grill and place onto a platter to rest for about 10 minutes

9) Serve the chicken hot with some corn on the cob
