Grilled Cheese And Tomato Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup low calorie Italian salad dressing | ||
| Hamburger buns | 2 | |
| 4 large tomato slices, about 1/2-inch thick | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Basil leaf | 1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Parmesan and romano cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
1. Brush salad dressing over buns; broil just until golden brown.
2. Top each bun with a tomato slice, brush with additional salad dressing, sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and basil, then top with grated Parmesan or Romano.
3. Return to the broiler; broil just till the cheese is lightly browned.
