Ingredients

 6-8 pound brisket of beef
 Ketchup1 Bottle (1l) (Marinade:)
 Worcestershire sauce5 Tablespoon (Marinade:)
 Tabasco sauce1 Tablespoon (Marinade:)
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Butter1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:)
 Onion1 Small, finely chopped (Marinade:)
 Salt and lemon pepper to taste
 Salt and lemon pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare grill.
Mix all ingredients for marinade.
Baste brisket with marinade, grilling over low flames.
Use marinade to keep meat moist throughout grilling process, approximately 30-45 minutes, until brisket is browned.
Wrap brisket in foil and continue basting and cooking slowly over low heat (1 hour per pound).
