1 pound bratwurst
 
1/4 cup light cream
 
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
 
1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion
 
1/4 teaspoon coarse cracked pepper
 
Dash paprika
 
1 16 ounce can sauerkraut, drained

Directions

Cut each brat in thirds.
Thread on four skewers.
Blend cream, mustard, onion, pepper, and paprika.
Grill brat pieces over medium hot coals for 7 to 8 minutes, brushing often with sauce.
In a saucepan heat sauerkraut.
