Grilled Boneless Breast Of Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Dry white wine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Red chili pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Boneless chicken breast | 4 | |
| Halves, skinned | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together in bowl.
Place chicken breasts on plate and pour marinade over. Marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
Preheat barbecue at high.
Oil grill and add chicken breasts. Cook 16 minutes uncovered. Turn chicken over 2 to 3 times during cooking and baste frequently. Season to taste.
Serve with grilled peppers
