Grilled Bluefish Recipe

 Lemon1 , thinly sliced
 Lime1 , thinly sliced
 Salt To Taste

 1 large bunch lovage, celery leaves, dill, or fennel

Directions

Rinse the bluefish in cold water and pat dry.
Place lemon and lime slices in the cavity of the fish and season with salt and pepper.
Separate lovage leaves and wrap and tie around bluefish.
Place on a hot grill about 4 inches away from very hot coals and grill for 20 to 25 minutes on each side, until the fish flakes away from the bone.
Be careful not to break fish when turning it.
