 Bananas - 6 whole, unpeeled
 Butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Cloves1/8 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon or Nutmeg

Directions

MAKING
1) Keep whole, unpeeled bananas on grill 4 inches from heat.
2) Cook for 4 minutes until peel turns black.
3) Turn and cook 4 minutes on each side.
4) In a bowl mix butter, lemon juice, ginger and cloves.

FINALIZING
5) Before serving, peel one side of each banana.
6) Spread spiced butter over top.
7) Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg over each.

SERVING
8) Serve hot with grilled chicken, barbecued pork or ham.
