Grilled Avocado Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Avocado | 2 Large (Hass avocados, ripe and firm) | |
| Tomato | 1 Large, diced | |
| Red onion | 1⁄2 Large, diced | |
| Lemon | 1⁄2 Large, juiced | |
| Finely chopped jalapeno | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Finely chopped cilantro | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
1. Cut the avocados lengthwise and grill them for 3 minutes.
MAKING
2. Dice the tomatoes,onions and jalapeno pepper.
3. Chop the cilantro finely.
4. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
5. Score the avocado and scoop it out.
6. Gently toss everything together.
SERVING
7. Plate it and serve.
