Grilled Ahi With Mango-Peach Salsa Recipe

1/4 cup (60 ml) mint leaves
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) cilantro
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) red onions
 
4 tbs (60 ml) lime juice
 
2 tbs (30 ml) fresh ground ginger
 
1 tbs (15 ml) minced serrano chile
 
1 cup (240 ml) Mango Peach
 
Juice 1 large ripe mango
 
4 6-oz (720 g) Ahi tuna steaks

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except for the mango and tuna.
Marinate the fish overnight in half the mixture.
Heat coals in barbecue.
Peel and cut mango into cubes; add to the other half of the marinade.
Broil tuna steaks 6-8 minutes turning once.
