Grilled Ahi Tuna Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground ginger | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Low sodium soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 4 oz. ahi tuna steaks - 4 | ||
| Nonfat mayonnaise - 1/4 c. | ||
| 4-inch French bread rolls - 4 | ||
| Lettuce leaves | 4 | |
| Tomato | 1 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
MAKING
2 In a small bowl, add the ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder and lemon juice.
3 Place the tuna in the grill and pour the ginger soy sauce over each piece.
4 Grill for 4-7 minutes, or as per your preference.
SERVING
5 On the French bread rolls, lightly spread the mayonnaise and layer with lettuce and tomato.
6 Place the grilled tuna on top and serve.
