Griddle Cakes With Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 3 teaspoons Royal Baking Powder | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shortening | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a bowl and sift all the dry ingredients into it.
2) Add some milk, beaten eggs as well as the melted shortening to it.
3) Mix it well.
4) Take a griddle and grease it.
5) Heat the griddle and bake the mixture in it while turning it once during the process.
SERVING
6) Serve as required.
