Directions

In small heavy skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
In medium bowl, whisk together sesame seeds, vinegar, water, basil, thyme, salt and pepper.
Whisk in oils until dressing is thick and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasonings.

Refrigerate in covered jar up to 2 days.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving, then shake well.)
