Greens With Buttermilk Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 ounces mixed greens such as Boston and red lettuce, mache or arugula | ||
| 1/3 of 1 scallion, thinly sliced | ||
| Parsley | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Low fat buttermilk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cucumber | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Mix or shake dressing ingredients well to blend.
