 Spinach leaves4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ripe tomato1 , chopped
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING)
 Red wine vinegar2 Tablespoon (DRESSING)

Directions

In large bowl, combine salad greens and tomato; toss lightly.
In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.
Pour dressing over salad mixture; toss lightly to coat.
Serve immediately.
