Greens with Ham and Pears Recipe

 Plain nonfat yogurt1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Sherry vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Apple pie spice1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Dash
 Bibb lettuce4 Cup (64 tbs)
 Endive1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Watercress1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Turkey ham slices6 Ounce, cut into thin strips
 Pears3⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
 Finely chopped walnuts3 Tablespoon, toasted
 Swiss cheese toast2


Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Arrange lettuce, endive, and watercress evenly on 4 plates.
Arrange turkey ham and pear slices over greens.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each, and sprinkle with walnuts.
