Greens with Ham and Pears Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sherry vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Apple pie spice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 4 cups torn Bibb lettuce | ||
| 1 cup torn curly endive | ||
| Watercress | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lean ham slice | 6 , cut into thin strips | |
| 2 medium-size ripe pears (about 3/4 pound), cored and thinly sliced | ||
| Finely chopped walnuts | 3 Tablespoon, toasted | |
| Swiss Cheese Toast | ||
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
Arrange lettuce, endive, and watercress evenly on 4 plates.
Arrange turkey ham and pear slices over greens.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each, and sprinkle with walnuts.
