Greens and Tangerines Recipe
Ingredients
| Red lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tangerine sections - 2 cups | ||
| Red grapes - 1 cup, halved | ||
| Tart apple -€“ 1 number, diced | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tarragon | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Mint | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Toss the lettuce with the oil until well coated.
2. Add the tangerines, grapes, and apples.
SERVING
3. In a serving platter, arrange the salad.
4. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, tarragon, mint and toss well.
5. Serve as an appetizer.
