Directions
Add water to chopped tomatoes.
Boil gently for 1 hour.
Let stand overnight; drain.
Add next six ingredients and salt to taste.
Mix well, then boil gently for 2 hours.
Stir in spices.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
