Green Sauce Recipe

Green Sauce is easy to make and does'nt take much time to prepare. The lemon juice gives the Green Sauce a pungent taste.

Ingredients

 Parsley sprigs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cottage cheese1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), creamed
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Milk1 Tablespoon
 1 1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh basil leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 4 to 6 drops red pepper sauce

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth, about 3 minutes.
