Green Pepper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
| 2 green peppers, seeded and finely chopped | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Ounce | |
| Water | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , chopped | |
| Chilli sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Saute onion and peppers in butter in a saucepan until golden brown.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Adjust seasoning if necessary.
