| All purpose flour | 4 Tablespoon, sifted | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | To Taste | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Finely shredded cheddar cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |

Directions
Add green pepper.
Saute until pepper is golden.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk.
Stir constantly over medium heat until sauce thickens.
Reduce heat.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Makes about 2 cups.
