| Green peppers | 6 Large, cut into pieces | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Crushed red pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 6 Cup (96 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pectin | 1 Liter (1 Liter Bottle) | |
| Green food coloring | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Pour into a saucepan.
Repeat with remaining peppers and vinegar.
Add the red pepper, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil and add pectin.
Boil until it thickens when dropped from spoon.
Add a few drops of green food coloring.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Serve with fish and meats.
