1cup-washed and drained basmati rice,1 1/2-big small chopped onion,3 to 4-greenchillies,1inch-cinnamon,2-cloves,1tsp-jeera,salt to taste,milk-1/2cup,water,1+1tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2-cup frozen peas.oil-2tsp.,coriander for decoration

Directions

keep cooker on gas put oil when it is heated add cinamon,cloves,jeera fry for a sec.then add chopped onion,green chillies, ginger garlic paste,fry till raw smell goes.then add peas and rice stir it nicely.then add 2 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk ,salt and taste it.when u feel taste is ok put the lid and allow for one whistle.then wait till it becomes cool.when it is cool transfer it too bowl decorate with coriander and ready to eat
