 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Roasted cumin seeds1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 , chopped
 Chopped garlic6 Clove (30 gm)

 Celery stick1
 Mushrooms1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
 Shelled and boiled green peas1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (5 Minutes In The Microwave)
 Tomato1 Large, chopped
 Tomato ketchup2 Tablespoon
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Boiled white rice1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Put oil, cummin seeds, onion, garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, capsicum celery and mushrooms in a deep bowl.
Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix in green peas and tomato and microwave for 2 minutes more.
Mix in tomato ketchup, salt and 1 cup of water.
Microwave for a further 3 minutes.
When ready to serve, heat the above mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes and then mix in the boiled white rice and microwave for 2 more minutes.
