Ingredients
2 packets (85 grams each) vegetable noodles
2 onions
2 capsicums (large)
1 teaspoon soya sauce
4 tablespoons oil
salt to taste
diluted chilli sauce to serve
Directions
Chop the onions and capsicums.
Boil plenty of water in a vessel. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the boiling water.
Add the noodles to the boiling water.
After 5 minutes, separate noodles with a knife.
When the noodles are soft, drain them.
Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel, add the onions and fry for 1 minute.
Add the capsicums and fry again for a few minutes.
When the capsicums are cooked, add the cooked noodles, soya sauce and salt.
Make diluted chilli sauce by adding water in the proportion 1 teaspoon of water to 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce.
Serve this diluted sauce with the noodles..
