Green Gram & Green Mango Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Sprouted green gram 2 cups
Green mango, chopped fine with skin 1 medium
Onion, chopped fine 1 medium
Finely chopped fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 4-5
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Green chillie, deseeded and finely chopped 1
Rock salt to taste
Directions
Cook the green gram with the curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, sea salt and rock salt in the desired proportion, for 10-15 minutes till tender.
Leave to cool.
Transfer the cooked gram to a glass serving bowl and add the mango, onion and green chillie.
Check and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve at room temperature.
