Baked Green Eggs And Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread slice | 12 | |
| Broccoli package | 1 , cooked, drained | |
| Cooked ham | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Eggs | 6 , beaten | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Cut the bread pieces into rounds with a glass.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with the bread rounds.
Layer the broccoli and ham over the bread.
Combine the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl and beat well.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham layer.
Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set and lightly browned.
