Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1⁄2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium | |
| Canned tomatoes | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Canned green chili peppers | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
| Canned cream of chicken soup | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
| Tortillas | 10 | |
| Shredded cheese | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |
Directions
Saute ground beef in heavy skillet.
Add onion and saute until clear.
Add tomatoes, green chilies and soup.
Cook over slow heat for 30 minutes.
Put one-half mixture in baking dish.
Tear 5 tortillas in small peices; place on mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on tortillas.
Add rest of beef mixture and place the other 5 tortillas and cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.
