Green beans - 1 lb
 
Butter or margarine - 1/4 cup
 
Onions - 3/4 cup, minced
 
Garlic - 1 clove, minced
 
Celery - 1/4 cup, minced
 
Sesame seed - 2 tbsp
 
Rosemary - 1/4 tsp
 
Dried basil - 1/4 tsp
 
Salt -3/4 tsp
 
Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. Cut beans crosswise into thin slices and then immerse them in 1/2 inch boiling, salted water. Cook them on high for 15 minutes or until tender. Then drain and set aside for later.
2. Melt butter in saucepan; add onions, garlic, and celery and sesame seed. Sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

SERVING
4. Toss beans with sauce and serve hot
