Ingredients

 
1 tablespoon butter
 
1 tablespoon flour
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon minced onion
 
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
 
1/4 cup water
 
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
 
1 10 ounce package frozen French style green beans, cooked and drained
 
6 crepes
 
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
 
1 tablespoon melted butter
 
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions

In saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and stir in flour, salt, onion, pepper, and lemon peel.
Add water and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Stir in sour cream and green beans.
Divide mixture between crepes; fold over.
Mix cheese with melted butter and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over filled crepes.
Broil until cheese melts.
