Green Beans And Bamboo Shoots Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (9 ounces) frozen cut green beans
1 tablespoon salad oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup bamboo shoots, cut into
1/2 inch pieces or 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ginger
Directions
Rinse beans with small amount of running cold water to separ ate and remove ice crystals; drain.
Cook and stir beans in oil 2 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat until mixture boils; cook until beans are tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
