Green Bean-Peanut Salad Recipe

Ingredients
2 (9-ounce) packages frozen French-cut green beans
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons dried whole dillweed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup chopped, dry-roasted peanuts
Directions
Cook green beans according to package directions, drain well.
Combine green beans and onion in a shallow dish, toss gently.
Combine remaining ingredients except peanuts in a jar, cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour over green bean mixture, and toss gently.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Spoon green bean mixture into a serving container, sprinkle with dry-roasted peanuts.
