Green Bean Parmesan Recipe
Ingredients
| Green beans | 2 Pound | |
| Minced onion | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salad oil | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Wine vinegar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Grated parmesan cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Lettuce cups | 5 | |
| Radish slices | 12 Medium |
Directions
Wash beans; cut off ends.
Cut into halves lengthwise.
Cover; cook in 1 inch deep boil ing salted water until tender.
Drain; cool.
Toss with onion, salt, oil, vinegar, pepper and cheese.
Cover; chill thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Serve in lettuce cups; garnish with radish slices.
