Ingredients

 Green beans2 Pound
 Minced onion1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Salad oil1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Wine vinegar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Grated parmesan cheese1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Lettuce cups5
 Radish slices12 Medium

Directions

Wash beans; cut off ends.
Cut into halves lengthwise.
Cover; cook in 1 inch deep boil ing salted water until tender.
Drain; cool.
Toss with onion, salt, oil, vinegar, pepper and cheese.
Cover; chill thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Serve in lettuce cups; garnish with radish slices.
