Green Bean Moussaka Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 8 Ounce | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 16-ounce can french-style or cut green beans, drained | ||
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 1 1/2 cups cream-style cottage cheese with chives | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
In skillet cook ground beef till browned; drain off fat.
Stir in flour.
Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, and cinnamon.
Place green beans in a 10x6x2-inch baking dish.
Spread the meat mixture atop.
Combine eggs and cottage cheese; spoon over meat mixture.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in 375° oven about 25 minutes or till heated through.
If desired, sprinkle with sliced pitted ripe olives.
