Green Bean-And-Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
3 pounds small green beans
1 1/2 pounds tomatoes, cut into wedges
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
9 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
Wash green beans, trim ends, and remove strings.
Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain thoroughly, and cool.
Combine beans and tomatoes in a large shallow container.
Combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously.
Pour dressing mixture over bean mixture, cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
To serve, arrange green beans and tomatoes on serving platter.
Garnish with green onions.
