Green And Yellow Rice Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup milk
1 10 ounce package frozen spinach, cooked, drained and chopped
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
Prepare rice.
Melt butter, add to rice.
Set aside.
Beat eggs and grate cheese.
Add milk to eggs; then stir in cheese, spinach and mix well.
Stir in onion, seasonings; combine entire mixture with rice.
Place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Set in a pan of water in a 350°F oven and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
